Ystavanpaivareissu :) Valentine's Day Trip

Tattadaa!
Brian oli taas kaksi viikkoa poissa, tyoreissulla Vancouverissa. Eilen aamulla aikaiseen tuli takaisin...siitapa lisaa sitten myohemmin...Mut mukavaa kun on taas perhe yhdella koolla!

Kun mies on reissussa ni taytyyhan sita touhuta vaikka sun mita..."kissa poissa niin hiiret hyppivat poydalla." :)

Keskiviikkona Brianin aiti tuli kaymaan taalla Albertasta :) vahan kiva kun lapsilla on mummu elamassa lasna viikon verran! Pienia iloja elamaan! Keskiviikko-iltana oltiin sitten kahvittelemassa Brianin mummulassa, niin Brianin sisko laitto viestia Arizonasta " Hei, loysin hyvalla hinnalla liput, tulisin sinne viikoksi, kuka vois tulla hakeen Buffalosta?" Ja mehan lahettiin!

Torstai aamuna lasten kanssa pakattiin auto ja kohti Buffaloa huristeltiin (n.3h)...paiva vietettiin eri ostoskeskuksissa seka Targetissa, vaha meilla oli mukavaa seikkailla. HUOM. Seikkailla. Lasten yleisin kysymys oli "Aiti, oox saa taas eksyny?" Haha, kyl ma nyt osaan ajaa Buffalossa viela paremmin ko viime kerralla!!!!Niin monta uukkaria ja harhaanajoa tehtiin, mutta olihan meilla hauskaa!!!!

YEAH! Brian came home last night from the work trip to Vancouver....we are loving having him home after being two weeks gone...family is back together <3 ~ aaaand on Wednesday Brian's mother came here for a week and our extempore visitor - Brian's sister from Arizona!

On Thursday morning we packed up our car and started driving towards Buffalo...:) we spent a day there shopping at the malls and Target, driving around (pst. got lost million times) kids most comment was " Mom, are we lost again?"Hahaa, it was funny!But I definately know how to drive there way better then last time ..:)
And yes we surely had good time!!!

Targetissa on tallaiset tosi siistit ostoskarryt! Mahtuu koko meidan perhe siihen ja kaikilla on hauskaa!!!! WOW, tykkaan ihan sikana! Mut ku siel kaupassa huristelee ni ihan ko junalla ajais!

Ilta alkoi laheneta ja me huristeltiin lentokentan lahettyvilla olevaan Tim Hortonsiin, tehtiin itsellemme oma kiva nurkkaus ja tilattiin iltapalaa ja kaivettiin kaupasta ostamat legot esille ....TADAA:

I love this shopping cart in Target!!!!Our whole family fits there! But it surely felt like driving a train! The evening came closer so we started driving closer to the airport, we found Tim Horton's where we settled to the corner with evening snack and new legos from Target....:

Vahan meilla oli kivaa koota ja herkutella.... kunnes lahettiin hakemaan matkalaisia lentokentalta!
Kotia paastiin aamuyon tunneilla...olipas se taas reissu, muistorikas sellainen <3

Oh, it was a good time! I love to do these trips with kids...they enjoy it too a lot! We were at home in morning hours....but yes, one day we are doing in again. For sure!!!:)

Ooh, can't believe that its already Saturday. 

Actually, if I speak truth, my days are totally mixed up! It felt like Sunday today, but its SATURDAY. So much have happened and....I don't know, we just have been running around. Or I have. Should say. 

Now when the work started, have to find routine  again and use my time the right way...I guess it is all about time management ;) ooh, it will be good soon..in two weeks (hope!) 

What got my week mixed up was... 

Okei. Finally when I had two days off (wednesday and thursday) I spent those days thinking ONLY my tooth !!!!!SURPRISE! :(:(:(:(

and guess..this was what I ended up with...

I ENDED UP GOING TO THE EMERGENCY on Thursday evening! Tuesday evening my tooth started to bother me (again) and I thought that this will go past (and fast)...but by Thursday morning I couldn't think about nothing else then my tooth, so I went to the dentist. And guess how he called me when he saw me: "You look like a chipmunk". I surely did. There I got two different medications...thinking all will be good (btw, there was infection on the roots, so root canal is coming up next week, but first we have to get rid of infection)..so back to the story, Thursday evening I couldn't open my mouth anymore and got really scared (my dentist told me IF this happens, go to the hospital right away!) So off we went to the hospital. Me and Brian. And tittidii. I came home at 4am with a IV placed in my hand ---> back to the hospital on Friday morning for 10am to get antibiodic by IV. Didn't sleep that well, I am telling you. And that visit wasn't the funniest one. They sucked out all the puss from underneath my tooth. IT WASN'T FUN!!!Never want to do that again. Never. Something positive there was, that I didn't have to go back there anymore in the evening. Huoh. 

So NOW.

I don't have IV anymore :) 

I look like me again, not chipmunk.

I am fulfilled with drugs for next 7 days.

And couple of  fun things what my dentist said to me too...

"What could the week be without you, Emilia". 

"And our next date is next week....." 

:) He is funny. I like him a lot!!!!

But its not fun to go to the dentist every week, right?

I am not blessed with good tooth. As you probably notice that already. So, just to let you know, go to the dentist right away if your tooth is hurting you. Take good care of them, brush and flush.

Anyways. That's enough of that topic. 

Let's talk about something fun what happened this week!!!!!!

Here is Eliel. 

As you can see, his forehead has red marks. Why? 

He likes to be outside and likes the stairs. 

Because he doesn't remember to go feet down always, sometimes goes head down. 

And that what happens. Busy boy. Oh mine.

This little, or I could say big man is ready to go to the school. On Wednesday we went to the back to school shopping with kids. They managed really well ( or I did with them???) We went to the mall, Mc Donald's and Walmart and got ALL SHOPPING DONE! YIKES! Can't believe!

 Two of my four kids are going to the school next week...iiks. Where the time has gone? But he is excited, very excited! I don't have to be nervous about him going to the school at all. 

And I can't waaaait to hear all the stories what happens at school. Now we will hear even more stories. REALLY EXCITING!!!!

We still have summer here. +30 every day. No beach anymore. But kids have been swimming at our neighbours pool everyday. And driving the bikes and jumping on the trampoline......basically, being outside at least 10hours per day. Loving it. I don't want that winter comes. please....don't come. But fall is exciting times...all the fun colours in the nature...aahhh....that I can't wait to see again. Our little maple forest beside our house is gorgeous in the fall <3. Ooh, that reminded me of this song..this is one of the most beautiful song what I have ever heard. And every time I hear it, I love Canada even more <3.

Can't forget to tell you that this little man walks every day more and more! And believe or not, but he mostly likes to walk outside! Isn't that unusual?? But that what he does!!! Mostly he has taken 6steps...but it won't be long time anymore when he is running!!!!!!!!!!Hmm, that will be fun!

There is the fun couple who moved close to us. Aah, do we ever enjoy their time...always fun. Yes, always relaxing time. Last night we had a pizza party together...We made home made pizzas!!!!They were delicious. SOO SOOO GOOD!!!!Thanks for you company..let's do that again. 

Pst. look who is sleeping at the Nick's lap...yes, that's our little Eliel, who is building up the energy level :)!

Monday afternoon, after my workday, we drove to the Ikea. Did some furniture shopping. Was time already. Have been waiting for this day little too long. But I knew it will come. Yes, we bought lots of stuff, but still there is TONS of things what I want to get to our house. Next time. Yes, next time. And it will come, right?

Jillian got new school table with a chair. She is really excited about it! Now she has OWN TABLE where to do crafts ( she loves !!!), write and colour and do her school work. 

Also all the kids got new bedding to their beds...they got to choose them :) it was fun to watch kids there. They got so excited about all the fun kids furniture what they had...Seba was in his glory :) he truly enjoyed his time there...the little tables, chairs, beds....

We finally got CLOSETS for boys clothing!!!!

We bought those Pax-closet combinations...Now their clothes will be neatly folded and everything have a place. This makes me cry...I love it, absolutely love it. Now all the three boys sleeps in the same room , have their clothes there and toys and. Yes. Getting there. Slowly and surely. We still needs to buy doors. Didn't know what colour I want, so next time will get them. They will be brown, white or green. I think the brown will be the colour we will go. Let's see.

THE BEST THING WHAT HAPPENED IN THIS WEEK WAS.....

SEBASTIAN'S BIRTHDAY!!!!

He is now 3 years old little munchkin.

Last saturday at 7am we went to wake him up with a breakfast.....

He was so happy! He didn't want to open his eyes when he heard us singing. Then he saw all the goodies on the plate and the new bike what he got....he brighten up right away :D little cutie!

This bike has been his life this week.

He calles it "fire bike",

This evening we had a birthday party for him. Because I spent the day at work, Brian did all the preps for it. Now on, he will do every single one. That went little too good :)!

Sebastian was little shy as he always is when he gets attention.

Spider Man, Legos, Thomas the train - is HOT in our household. (+ fire trucks).

Look at that face of the Birthday boy...he is super cute!!!!

Now he is three. New year ahead. Last year at home, at porridge school. Ah, this little boy brings so much joy to the life. He is one of the special gifts what we have got.

Lahettiin ostamaan Jillianille sisakenkia kouluun...kaveltiin kaupasta ulos 8 kengat pussissa! Loyty sisakengat mutta myos muutakin!(Ja tottakai sisakengat ovat jo koulussa, joten niita ei saatu tahan komeaan kenkapotrettikuvaan :) ) Pojat saivat uudet kesa crocksit! Jillian sandaalit seka kukkakorkkarit :) arvaa onko tytto kavellyt ympari taloa korkki korkkarit kopsahdellen! Ja mina, kahdet korkeat korkkarit, paljon ne eivat maksaneet, toivottavasti laatu on vahan parempi kuin hinta ;) ei uskalla toiveita pistaa liian korkeelle, kumpa vain pari kayttokertaa kestaisivat! Niin, ala saikahda! Kaikki kengat olivat tarjouksessa, ihan mahtavaan hintaan...!

We went to buy indoor shoes for Jillian one day this week...and we walked out of the store with 8 pair of shoes!I guess we found some other shoes too top of indoor shoes! (And of course the shoes are at the school already so they didn't make this shoe photo ;) )

Yes, it was. It's actually started already on Monday. Wait, No, Sunday. So, on the weekend my dear volvo started to do his own tricks! Didn't want to go forward anymore...just slowed down while pressing the gas..hmm.And then I had to give him a little break and TRY to start the dear car again, it even started or not.  He is getting old, I know. He is already 14 years old.

Sunday (pst. I know its not good to work on Sundays but sometimes you have to!) Brian fixed the car, changed something I don't remember what, but I was watching him and yelling to be safe, because he was lying under the car with only couple of puu polkkyys to keeping it up. I can just imagine....no I can't!crazy.

So Monday morning I was full of energy and ready to go with the boys to the Walmart. We got 5km down the road and my car just slowly started to slow down...and. I had to stop.But luckily my dear volvo listened me so well, because I told him, that please, bring us back home, I don't want to walk! So he brought me back home. And I am scared  to go anywhere with it! I am stuck at home. What ever, he has been just a pleasant to us..he has seen a lot..New York, Florida, Pennsylvenia, Niagara, Sudbury GTA......and we haven't done absolutely nothing major things for it. I will post a picture of him, before I SELL IT. Because we made a plan (I hope it comes true.) This coming weekend we are going to shop a new vehicle!JIHAA. Let's see how good deals they give to me. I will be hard on questioning and asking for better offers up to their limits. Yes, to their limits.

But don't tap your hands yet. I won't buy anything fancy, HUGE, 1000- horsepower owning car. Just a nice 7 or 8seated passenger van what will be my dear daily friend for next..5 years, at least! So let's get back to the cars next weekend (ou yeah and I will post picture of my old dear volvo also).

Onhan silla jo auton ika melkein taynna, 14vuotta. Brian yritti korjailla sita sunnuntaina, mut en maa maanantaina silla kovin pitkalle paassyt. 5km vaan talon pihasta. Siina autoa taputtellessa ja rukoillessa etta se viela starttaisi ja veisi minut ja pojat kotiin (oltiin menossa Walmarttiin) ni kyllahan poika starttasi ja matkaan lahettiin. Tuossa se on nyt vuorokauden seissyt, liikahtamatta. Vois varmaan ottaa vakuutuksetkin kohta pois, ko mita sita vakuuttaa, kun paikallaan seisoo? Ottakoot rosvot jos ottavat! Eika, kylla ma sen myyntiin laitan, kerta itekkii oon ostanu sen. Mahtava palvelija on ollut kylla, en valita yhtaan! Mut tulevana viikonloppuna kayn ostamassa uuden palvelijan, joka tulee palvelemaan meita seuraavat 5vuotta? tai enemman. VAPISKAA AUTOKAUPAT!!!Ma en lahe kotia ennen ko mulla on hyva paperi taskussa ja mahtava diili kaikkinen lisaosineen ja varusteineen alla!

So yes, but I did go to the walmart then in the evening after Brian came home. He needed to study so I took off with the kids. I did some great shopping anyways, I bought A BLENDER! I hope its a good one. So far it has. I have tried it already three times! and I love it!Love it! So guess what we had today? Breakfast: Bagel Smoothie, Lunch: Berry Smoothie, Snack: Banana Smoothie.....and so on :) haha. Just kidding. But yes, we have had a few smoothies in the past 24hours. And I bet this machine will be the most used thing in our household this summer! I am just asking myself, why I didn't buy it before? Surkia.

Jillian is a BigKahuna tomorrow. She has share and tell time. Her topic tomorrow is "Signs of Spring". She is going to bring her sun glasses, Easter grass and coloured butterfly :)! That's her spring. She wanted to bring bike to the school too, but I told her next time then. I talked with teacher today and yes, she is awesome. I hope she is Jillian's teacher next year or continues as a Kindergarten teacher for Tristan. I absolutely love her...the greatest teacher I have ever met. I think and hope there is other ones too, but what a great start for the little one to have just a loving and supporting teacher? Have I ever told her that? Yes I have, many times...

Sen pitaa pitaa esitelma aiheesta "kevaan merkit"..Reppuun on pakattu jo aurinkolasit, varitetty perhonen seka paasiaisruohoa :) hauska. pyorankin olisi halunut vieda, mutta ei sita viiti bussiissa kouluun raahata, vaikka tarkea osahan se on kevatta :)!Jutteling myos Jillianin opettajan kanssa tanaan, se on kylla opettajista yksi parhaimmista, niin mahtava tyyppi ettei ketaan! Oonko ma sanonut sen sille? Oon, monesti! Maa toivon etta se jatkaa Jillianin opettajana ensi vuonna tai sitten jatkaa Tristanin opettajana...niin mahtavasta tyypista ei kylla saa luopua!!!

Okei, I am ready to go to the bed now. This morning was crazy in every ways. Boys were fighting and I was tired and...so on. So we had a 20minytes reading time and that helped! After that boys went to outside to play and I cleaned the living room and the kitchen! And everything were good. But believe or not, 12hours ago there wasn't any extra toy or thing in the living room. I just walked there and I saw 13 things on a floor what doesn't belong to the living room. Yes, they are toys. Sometimes I ask myself why I even clean? because soon it will look same then as it was before. Yes it will but...I was able to clean my mess too and now there is our EASTER decoration (with jillian little bunny). We are ready for EASTER :)!
